I must have spent more than a decade trying to prove to women and everybody, that I was worthy of their presence.
I would be the designated driver.
I would be "the nice guy" who didn't get the girl.
Until I reached a point where I said "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
So I did, I became the sweet talking man who got the girl.
But I'd lost myself.
Deeply longing for a woman I could call my best friend, I was so far off attracting that kind of woman because of who thought I needed to be.
I thought the only way to get the girl was to be someone else.
Little did I know that the secret to my dream relationship, was no secret at all.
Plain as day it was right in front of my face.
"Be yourself"
But I barely knew who I was anymore.
I had to go deep to discover that.
Low and behold I attracted my ideal partner.
Being yourself is a peak performance strategy.
